Leila reinvigorated our appreciation for nature, discussing the Japanese practice of forest bathing, or 'Shinrin-yoku.' She detailed how immersing ourselves in the forest atmosphere can reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance our overall health. Leila’s passion for nature and its healing abilities was both infectious and enlightening.

Lindsaya’s Insight on Juicing

In addition to these wonderful shares, Lindsaya, emphasized the benefits of juicing, specifically the wonders of celery juice. Its ability to detoxify, reduce inflammation, and improve digestion is truly remarkable. Both Jacinta and Lindsaya are excited to amplify their celery juice consumption, embracing its health-boosting properties.
